FBI EVIDENCE TAMPERING COVER UP CONSPIRACY WITH FIRST RESPONDERS, AND DA'S, IS IN JEOPARDY WITH THE EXPOSURE OF CONFIDENTIAL SAN DIEGO DA DOCUMENTS, & A NEW OCEANSIDE POLICE CORRUPTION LAW SUITS. THE FBI COVER UP EVEN EXPOSED HONEST POLICE OFFICERS TO A GUN AMBUSH.

All FBI agents and offices, as usual, have refused, or ignored, interview request as the FBI corruption cover up continues to expand in San Diego County & California.

The words FBI and PUBLIC CORRUPTION CONSPIRACY have become synonyms in San Diego County, in recent years. In fact, the number of criminal conspiracies occurring in San Diego police, firefighter, and district attorney agencies, and their unions, have become so common it is hard to keep track of the criminal corruption, and the number of different law enforcement conspiracies, without a very large scoreboard. However, conspiracies by definition, require two or more people committing crimes, and as the number of criminals in a conspiracy increases, the number of leaks in the conspiracy also increases. Hundreds of police officers, firefighters, district attorneys, and elected officials have been conspiring to tamper with elections, hide, manipulate, falsify and destroy evidence in criminal prosecutions, use their legal authority to cover it up to protect their personal incomes and careers.

How the FBI ever thought this much law enforcement evidence tampering, election fraud, civil rights violations, etc., by the Oceanside Police and Fire Departments, and the San Diego County District Attorneys Office could ever be covered up, is beyond the understanding of this reporter. As a former police officer, this reporter cannot remember ever seeing this many stupid corrupt people wearing badges.

The FBI's three year long public corruption cover up conspiracy in San Diego, California has now been placed in jeopardy, by the discovery of San Diego District Attorney confidential documents in late 2011. Written documents that expose the DA office's internal conspiracy plans, and methods, to cover up DA evidence tampering, and the false prosecution of innocent citizens. The conspiracy plans include abusing the powers of the DA's office to manipulate criminal and civil court systems, to protect corrupt DA's and police officers from criminal investigations, and prosecutions, while innocent citizens go to jail. Each of those documents was directly connected to different DA conspiracies to obstruct justice, and tamper with evidence in criminal prosecution. Copies of those documents, with supporting public record documentation, were provided directly to Agent Andrew Masters, and sent electronically to every major FBI Office in the country. There has never been any evidence of investigation or follow up, on any of the public corruption by the FBI.

The FBI cover up of DA and Police evidence tampering and election fraud in Oceanside, California was made even more difficult in late 2011, with the filing of the Officer Gilbert Garcia law suit against Chief of Police Frank McCoy, the City of Oceanside, and other police officers for wrongful termination. Officer Garcia's sworn statements, and copies of the audio tapes, that had been ordered destroyed, directly implicated Chief Frank McCoy, Captain Reginald Grigsby, and Sgt. Travis Norton, in a 2010 conspiracy to obstruct justice and suppress the criminal investigation of Police Sgt. David Lawson. The law suit documents state Officer Garcia was fired because he refused to follow orders from the Chief of Police, and other superior officers, to destroy audio tape evidence, and suppress the criminal investigation of police Sgt. Lawson.

OCEANSIDE'S CHIEF DIRTY COP FRANK McCOY, CONSPIRES WITH SENIOR COPS, TO DESTROY AUDIO TAPE EVIDENCE OF POLICE PUBLIC CORRUPTION, AGAIN !

The name Chief Frank McCoy is not new to the FBI. Public record evidence and documentation was provided to the FBI on multiple occasions, on the direct knowledge and involvement of Chief McCoy, other officers, DA's, and elected officials in suppressing criminal complaints, and investigations of large scale evidence tapering by Oceanside Police Officers and District Attorneys. Evidence manipulation, falsification, and audio tape evidence tampering know to go back as far as 2001, and continuing into 2010 just as Chief McCoy was allegedly issuing orders to Officer Garcia, to destroy more audio tape evidence, and suppress another criminal investigation, of another Oceanside Police Officer. All ten years of Oceanside police evidence tampering, and its cover up, is directly connected to multiple San Diego Deputy District Attorneys, including DA Dumanis, who were also tampering with evidence, or obstructing the investigations of evidence tampering.

All of the DDA's were allowed to quietly resign when caught, and then protected from investigation and prosecution by the DA's office. GTI's investigation has already connected the DA's audio tape evidence tampering to the San Diego County Sheriffs, and it is highly probable that this type of evidence tampering is not limited to the OPD, the SDCS, and the DA's office. The DA's evidence tampering cover is also directly connected to a conspiracy to cover up fabrication and manipulation of evidence, and court manipulations, in a murder case that could put DA Bonnie Dumanis and others in prison, and cost the DA's office $20 million dollars in damages for putting an innocent woman in prison. That is, if the criminal cover up fails.

The FBI reportedly requested copies of the audio tapes from Officer Garcia's attorneys in early 2012. However, it has now been more than seven months, and as over the past three years, there is no evidence of any investigation, or follow by FBI agents, or FBI offices.

The FBI conspiracy to obstruct justice in the police and DA evidence tampering, the election fraud cover up, and the Chief Of Police Frank McCoy public corruption saga is still unfolding and expanding as this reporter writes this story. In December of 2010, as Chief McCoy and the Oceanside PD were suppressing other evidence tampering, conspiring to manipulate elections to increase pay and benefits, and pressuring Officer Garcia to keep his mouth shut and support the police conspiracy, corruption in Chief McCoy personal life burst onto the scene with gun shots. Chief McCoy's wife Brenda, following a series of family disputes, got one of hubby's guns, and set up a suicide by cop ambush on Cypress Police officers. Brenda McCoy called the Cypress police asking for help, and then started shooting at police officers upon their arrival at Chief McCoy residence in Cypress, California.

CHIEF OF POLICE McCOY'S WIFE GETS GUN AND SETS UP AMBUSH ON CYPRESS POLICE

In June of 2012 Brenda McCoy was found guilty on five counts of assault on a police officer, and is currently waiting sentencing, scheduled for September of 2012, but that is not the full story, as it relates to Chief McCoy, or the FBI. GTI's internal sources are telling this reporter that the 2010 incident of Brenda McCoy getting a gun, following family disputes, and going after hubby Frank McCoy, and Cypress Cops, is not the first time. Knowledgeable sources state that in 1999, while hubby Frank McCoy was Commander McCoy with the Long Beach Police Department, wife Brenda was suicidal and took one of hubby Frank's guns and went to Long Beach. Sources state that this gun assault was covered up by then LBPD Commander Frank McCoy, senior members of the Long Beach Police, and two close friend senior Police Lieutenants, on the Cypress PD. Sources stated that even the LBPD swat team was involved in the incident, and Frank McCoy was simply allowed to take his wife and go home, with no reporting. GTI's source further stated that Chief McCoy was not completely truthful under oath, with the Orange County Courts, during Brenda McCoy's 2012 trial regarding Brenda McCoy possession of Chief McCoy's gun in the 1999 incident.

These knowledgeable sources also stated that a domestic violence complaint, filed by Brenda McCoy, against hubby Chief Frank McCoy in the early 2000's, with the Cypress Police Department was suppressed, and buried by senior Cypress Officers, due to the position of now Oceanside Chief Frank McCoy in law enforcement, and being a former council member in Cypress, CA.

Sources in the Orange County DA's office have confirmed that the DA's office knows about the 1999 Long Beach PD Brenda McCoy gun incident, it's cover up, and the Orange County DA's office says they are investigating. When contacted, the Orange County DA's office did not indicate any prior knowledge of the suppression of the domestic violence complaint, from Brenda McCoy against hubby Frank McCoy, with the aid of senior officers of the Cypress Police Department. If domestic violence is underway, and a wife cannot depend on police to follow the law and protect her when the suspect husband is a Chief of Police, then a gun will become a viable option to a victim.

More important for the FBI, are the new allegations that Chief Frank McCoy, and senior Long Beach and Cypress Police officers covered up the 1999 gun assault incident, and that Chief McCoy was not being fully truthful in the 2012 prosecution case of his wife Brenda McCoy, or the possible mitigating circumstances of the suppression of domestic violence complaints. Chief McCoy has a long documented history of suppressing criminal investigations and covering up police corruption. It also raises questions about if full exposure, and treatment, of Brenda McCoy in 1999, could have prevented the criminal gun assault on Cypress police officers in 2010. The perfect example of how one criminal cover up leads to another, and nothing corrupt remains hidden forever.

If the Long Beach PD, or the Cypress PD had done their job in 1999, or early 2000, or if the FBI had done its job in 2009 and 2010, by investigating Chief McCoy, the DA's office, and the Oceanside Police unions evidence tampering, and election fraud conspiracy, it is very likely that Brenda McCoy would not be facing a possible twenty years in prison. A lot of innocent people would not have gone to jail due to Oceanside Police and DA evidence tampering, and the citizens of Oceanside would not have been criminally defrauded of millions of dollars, by their police officer and firefighter unions. A first responder unions election fraud that has put the City Of Oceanside millions in debt, and on the road to possible bankruptcy while their union members expand their pay and benefits.

More importantly, if the FBI had done their job, it is highly probably that honest Cypress police officers would not have come under gun fire, in an ambush set up by Chief McCoy's still suicidal wife. The FBI and dirty cops covering up the public corruption of Chief Frank McCoy and others, lead directly to the the felony criminal gun assault ambush on honest Cypress cops, just as surely as the evidence tampering and its cover up put innocent people in prison, and the election fraud put the citizens of Oceanside further in debt.

All of this information with names, dates, and places, was provide to FBI agent Andrew Masters on 7-2-12, and 15 other FBI agents, over a three year period, and there is no evidence that any investigation of any type ever took place.

 

The FBI, it's agents, and the California Attorney General knew everything about the corruption, and who was involved. They looked the other way because all of the criminals were wearing badges.
